Account deletion request
This page explains how SaferHome.AI users can request deletion of
their account and associated app data.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the SaferHome.ai app:
Open the SaferHome.AI app.
Sign in to the account you want deleted.
Go to Profile.
Select Delete Account
Confirm the deletion request..
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account.”
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, SaferHome.ai permanently removes:
Account profile and login credentials
Claimed properties and property links
Home Fortification Score history and Fortification Reports
Uploaded insurance policy information
Upgrade Plan and verification history
De-identified or aggregated data derived from your account may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, audit, or compliance purposes. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you only want to stop using the app, please sign out instead.
