Am I responsible for submitting OIR wind mitigation reports?

No. SaferHome.ai manages the full OIR-B1-1802 workflow — dispatching licensed inspectors and handling documentation. Your responsibility is the quality of the upgrade work itself. The platform handles the inspection and reporting pipeline independently.

What markets are currently available?

Our launch market is Pinellas County and surrounding areas, with active Florida-wide expansion underway. Contractors who register early will be positioned first as new Jurisdiction Coverage areas go live — we notify verified partners before public launch.

What if I do multiple types of Fortification work?
